Chicken Salad Croissants:
2 cups cooked chicken cubed
1/2 cup shaved almonds
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Mix all ingredients together and chill over night.
Put the salad on croissant rolls and serve.
Fruit Salad: Take your watermelon and shop off the top. After you chop off the top, take your knife and cut little triangles around the top, to make the little spikes. Use a melon baller to ball the fruit out of the watermelon. You can then add the balled watermelon and whatever fruit you want to cut up and add to your watermelon bowl. *Tip: Cut a little bit off the bottom of the watermelon making it flat so it will stand up straight with out falling over.
Veggie tray. Cut up your favorite veggies add a little dip, and off you go! Hope your summer is starting off on an awesome note!
