New year. New me. New you. New goals. One major goal this year is to engage this wonderful blogging community better. What better way than to begin a new link up with some blog friends! Together, the three of us came up with Three Things Thursday. Just three things to talk or write about. Five seemed like too many and “one thing” was like we weren’t even trying! So any three things that are on your mind. Any three pictures from Instagram. Three complaints about your day/week. Three of your favorite treats. Seriously. Any three things! So write it. Publish it. Yell it from the mountain tops! Just be sure you come back and link it up here!
Use the #threethingsthursday, and let’s start talking!
For today’s Three Things Thursday all my pictures are throwbacks, because who doesn’t love a good throwback, am I right?
1. It has been SO cold here this past week, and to say it’s been cramping my style is an understatement. I can’t shake this freaking funk I’m in. Bring on HOT weather and days by the pool. And I do apologize for all you friends that are in blizzard areas, and here I am complaining about 30 degree weather, but seriously you guys…. insert ugly cry here. What’s the weather like where you are? Do you want to punch me in the face for complaning about my “cold” weather? If you’re somewhere hot PLEASE send heat waves our way!
2. This little gem was taken when we went to California last year for Elevate Conference, just the two of us. We leave for our Mexico vacation in about a month, and this squishy nugget is staying home with Gpa and Gma and Lola. The mom guilt sure is settling in. I have to remind myself that he will have such a blast getting everyone’s undivided attention, while his big sisters are with us. When we return we will have his 1st birthday party, so lots to celebrate! With that said the question of when am I going to stop nursing is brought up. My goal to myself was to do it till he was a year old, and just like that it’s upon us. Do I pump while we are in Mexico? Gah! So much to think about and decide soon! At what age did you stop breastfeeding your kids?
3. This picture was taken on our family trip to Colorado last July. Nate was there on business for a week, so we tagged along. So crazy looking at this picture how much has changed in the past 6 months. The kid’s are so much more grown up, seriously little Zeno in that sling gets all the heart eyes. And Nate is 65+ pounds lighter!! I promise to share his weight loss story before we leave for Mexico! We are going to do a final weigh in before we leave. All the fist pumps! Did you set health goals for the New Year? How are you doing on yours?
