Just like previous Summers we escape the 100+ degree weather of Southern Utah as often as we can. A couple weeks ago we escaped to Pine Valley, Utah, which is part of Dixie National Forest. It’s approximately 45 minutes from St. George and 20 degrees cooler (insert all the raised emoji hands here!).
There’s so many activities available at Pine Valley! Below are just some of the activities available:
- Camping & Cabins
- Nature Viewing
- OHV Riding & Camping
- Scenic Driving
- Water Activities
When we went we fished, had a picnic lunch, and took in all the beautiful views during a nature walk.
We always end the day at Pine Valley with scooped ice cream at this super cute ice cream shoppe, which is located right outside the entrance/exit to the park.
Why we choose WaterWipes
Exploring and adventuring with kids can easily get messy, that’s why I always have a pack of WaterWipes nearby! Just this trip to Pine Valley I used WaterWipes to clean dirty hands that touched bait and fish, clean sticky faces full of caked on camping food and ice cream, wipe down Zeno’s stroller tray that he spilled juice on, and of course clean up Zeno’s cute bum. Those are just a few of the uses! I like to stay stocked up, so I usually grab a couple packs whenever we are in Target.
The packaging of WaterWipes makes it easy to take anywhere, which is a plus! They come in a resealable package, so I can stick them in my diaper bag or pool bag, and not have to worry about them leaking or drying out while we are out and about.
WaterWipes are not made like typical baby wipes. They are chemical free and contain only two ingredients, 99.9% pure Irish water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract, so I am comfortable with using them on all surfaces. They are both durable and effective, and prove a safer, natural option for our littles.
When Zeno joined our family last March, it had been a couple years since having a little one in our home. His skin seemed more prone to sensitivity than I remembered with the girls, so I was on the hunt for products that weren’t so tough on his skin. We highly recommend you give WaterWipes a try! Once you have tried them be sure to tell WaterWipes how much you love them on Twitter and Facebook.
Like me, if you’re wondering how WaterWipes keeps from going bad without adding any preservatives –>they’re good up to 15 months unopened and they last one month when they are opened, which is plenty of time for us because we use them for everything.
I always have them on hand for diaper changes, messy meals and even for when we do some crafting!
